We have two lodges on our 7 acre property that stretches along the Yellowstone River. Our spacious lodges feature large living rooms with cozy fireplaces and kitchens big enough to host a family gathering. The property has wide open lawns with shady trees and stunning views of Paradise Valley.
Located only 10 miles from the North Entrance of Yellowstone in Gardiner, we are the perfect base for all your adventures while in Montana!

  • At 4300 square feet, this lodge sleeps 18 guests with seven bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a large dining room, full kitchen, large family room with stone fireplace downstairs and a large living room with stone fireplace upstairs. There are two decks, one overlooking the Yellowstone River and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

  • While we do have a no refund policy for cancellations, we always try to work with our guests. We will give you a refund if you cancel far enough in advance for us to reschedule your dates. We generally have no trouble rescheduling the summer months unless you cancel a week or 2 prior to your stay. We will also give a refund If Yellowstone Park is closed for any reason, during your reservation dates. We highly recommend guests getting trip insurance as precaution for the possibility of a natural disaster, such as the unprecedented flooding we had this year. We are also willing to transfer your deposit to a date within the next year, if you had to cancel for some reason.

  • This lodge, which sleeps 18 guests, has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a walkout to river and a deck overlooking river. It has a big, open kitchen with center island, (great for gatherings), gas fireplace and central air and heating. The lodge is available year round and is handicap accessible and perfect for large groups.
